    For a mutual divorce, bring the divorce form (signed by 2 witnesses) and ID to City Hall. If you want to keep your married surname, ask for the extra form.

    If you leave your job, you must join City Health Insurance within 14 days. Bring the 'Certificate of Loss of Insurance' from your old company to City Hall!

    Enroll when you turn 20. Apply for exemption if you cannot afford the premiums.
