📝 Checking Procedures and Required Documents

By using the "Kurashi no Tetsuzuki Guide" (Living Procedures Guide), you can easily find out where to go and what documents to bring by answering a few simple questions.

📱 Advance Application Creation Service (Yubinavi Plus)

You can create your application form and check necessary belongings anytime from your smartphone or PC. If you use this service before visiting the counter, you will be given priority.

• Counters for Advance Creation: Ota City Hall 1F Citizens' Affairs Division, Yabuzukahonmachi Office (Cannot be processed at East/West Service Centers or Admin Centers)

🏢 Regular Counter Procedures

If you do not use the advance creation service, you can complete the procedures at the Citizens' Affairs Division, East/West Service Centers, or Administrative Centers (excluding Ota Admin Center).
